NOTES

Frames Medley comes from a collection of short excerpts originally written for various film clips, most of which were of the “private eye” genre. These five “scenes” are the foundation of the piece, with additional material providing continuity, discontinuity and expansion of the basic motives. Despite its source, Frames Medley is a concert piece and not a soundtrack.
