NOTES

Hommages pour Octestre is a set of pieces which reflect the influence of particular composers in my music. My intention is to capture some aspect of the composer’s personality while maintaining my own. “Sneezes of Wind Instruments” is after Stravinsky, whose work is (as always) one of my inspirations. “Let F = F” is after Laurie Anderson, with whom I share a pop music sensibility.
